Introduction: Pheochromocytomas are secreting tumors, producing catecholamines (dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline), responsible for arterial hypertension; Pheochromocytoma in the diabetic may be responsible for an unbalanced glycemic and this considerably modifies the management.
